Less than a year after the home break-in that took place at Joe Burrow's home last December, another man connected to the scary theft has reportedly entered his plea.

On Friday, 43-year-old pawn shop owner Dimitriy Nezhinskiy pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to receive stolen property. Which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison, restitution of roughly $2.5 million and subsequent forfeiture of more than $2.5 million.

The case also puts him at risk of deportation, according to a judge, despite holding legal status in the U.S.

"For more than five years, Dimitriy Nezhinskiy established a demand for stolen merchandise, which allowed South American Theft Groups to profit from repeated burglaries," FBI assistant director Christopher Raia told ESPN.com. "His purchases perpetuated a ripple of criminality targeting residences and businesses across the country."

"This defendant ran a black-market pipeline, buying stolen luxury goods from organized theft crews that targeted homes and businesses," NYPD commissioner Jessica Tisch added. "It was a deliberate operation that helped professional burglars prey on innocent people."

Last month Nezhinskiy's business partner Juan Villar also pleaded guilty to the same charge.

"I am very sorry for my actions," the New Jersey resident said in Brooklyn federal court. "Most of my business was completely legitimate, and it was a good business."

Burrow addressed the situation on this season of Netflix's "Quarterback" where he chalked it up to a year of frustrations for he and the team.

"Of [expletive] course this happened to me right now," Burrow said on the doc. "When you're on cloud nine, something's gonna bring you right back down. It just felt like the kind of year that it was."

The Bengals star QB has since canceled his $3 million Batmobile order in wake of the burglary. Saying, "[I] just had other things I wanted to deal with at that point."
