Marquise 'Hollywood' Brown shares 4,000-calorie diet that helped him gain weight

Marquise "Hollywood" Brown put on some weight this offseason, but he did so in a healthy way.

The Baltimore Ravens wide receiver shared his 4,000-calorie offseason diet that allowed him to gain 23 pounds in two months, and it included eating six meals per day.

Brown finished last season with 46 catches for 584 yards and seven touchdowns. He's expected to eclipse those totals in 2020.

The 23-year-old will lead a receiving group this season that includes Willie Snead, Miles Boykin and Devin Duvernay.

With Super Bowl hopes stronger than ever, it's no surprise that Brown put on the extra weight this offseason. The Ravens are expected to compete with the Kansas City Chiefs for the top spot in the AFC this year, and it's certainly going to be challenging.
