The Green Bay Packers have work to do in the offseason. While they may not be able to top the shocking trade they did to acquire Micah Parsons just before the start of the 2025 NFL season, the Packers can still grab attention with a major move.
One such transaction Parsons’ brother, Terrence Parsons Jr., wants to see is Green Bay acquiring Miami Dolphins star wide receiver Jaylen Waddle.
The former Alabama Crimson Tide star wideout has reportedly told the Dolphins that he wanted to be the next one out of the team following Miami’s decisions to let go of linebacker Bradley Chubb and wide receiver Tyreek Hill.

Terrence is not part of Green Bay’s front office and has zero influence on the team’s decision-making, but given that he is the outspoken brother of one of the Packers’ most important assets, he can always find attention online with such takes.
As for Waddle, he’ll just have to wait to see what his fate will be with Miami. He signed a three-year extension contract worth $84.75 million with the Dolphins.
Selected by the Dolphins in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Waddle has 5.039 receiving yards and 26 touchdowns on 373 receptions through 78 games in the pros. For what it’s worth, Green Bay selected a wide receiver in that draft, as the team took Clemson Tigers football product Amari Rodgers in the third round.
