Mike Vrabel wears Derrick Henry-themed mask ahead of Titans' 'MNF' game

It was just this past offseason that the Tennessee Titans signed reigning NFL rushing champion Derrick Henry to a massive contract extension.

That came after Henry dominated opposing defenses to the tune of 1,540 rushing yards en route to leading Tennessee to a surprise appearance in the AFC Championship Game last season.

Titans head coach Mike Vrabel knows full well who his money-maker is on offense and was not afraid to show that ahead of Monday’s opener against the Denver Broncos.

Check out this epic mask Vrabel is wearing before said game.

“Please give the ball to Derrick Henry.”

You think the defensive-minded Vrabel is sending a message to offensive coordinator Arthur Smith? It sure the heck seems like it.

Henry did lead the NFL with 303 rushing attempts a season ago. This seems to be a pretty good plan.

Tennessee takes on Denver in the second half of a doubleheader Monday evening at Mile High. It should be a fun game.
