Minnesota Vikings assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach Grant Udinski reportedly interviewed with the Houston Texans for their offensive coordinator position. This is the fourth interview he's had this offseason, having previously interviewed for:

The Texans had their offensive coordinator position open up in recent days when they let go of Bobby Slowik from the position. There was some good with the offense, but they felt stagnant and uncreative, leading to the switch.

Udinski has become a very popular name in the latter stages of the coaching cycle. This is the third interview he's taken over the last couple of weeks. Udinski has interviewed twice with the Seattle Seahawks for their offensive coordinator position and had an interview with the New England Patriots for the same position hours before Josh McDaniels got the job under new head coach Mike Vrabel. He followed it up by interviewing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for their offensive coordinator position.

Udinski, 28, has never been a position coach on his own in the National Football League. However, head coach Kevin O'Connell has done a really good job developing him and speaks his praises often.
