Mack suffered the injury during the second quarter of Sunday's game against Jacksonville and was carted off the field. The running back caught a pass from Philip Rivers and immediately fell to the ground clutching his ankle.
The 24-year-old had taken just four carries for 26 yards while catching all three of his targets for 30 yards.
Mack is in his third season with the Colts. In 2019 he had a breakout year, rushing for 1,091 yards and eight touchdowns while adding 82 yards receiving.
The Colts will rely on Jonathan Taylor, Nyheim Hines and Jordan Wilkins for the remainder of the campaign...unless they sign a free agent or make a trade.
