The upcoming NFL Draft is set to feature a plethora of prospects from the University of Texas. One or two could end up becoming Cincinnati Bengals when it's all said and done.

Bengals head coach Zac Taylor got a glimpse at what the Longhorns have to offer as one of several head coaches present at Texas' pro day Wednesday afternoon.

On a day when Alabama, USC, and semi-local Ohio State all had their pro days, Taylor opted to travel to Austin to check out the Longhorns. Taylor's an Oklahoma guy too, so showing up on the other side of the Red River Rivalry had to have been strictly business, of course.

Texas has four prospects in Destin Adams' top 150 big board for A to Z Sports , and all four play a position of need for Cincinnati. Byron Murphy II (No. 11) is a future first-round pick at defensive tackle, so he was likely the main focal point for Taylor. Fellow defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat (No. 42) is also a prime Bengals target in the second round.

But Taylor wasn't the only Bengals coach in attendance. Wide receivers coach Troy Walters was alongside Taylor to observe Adonai Mitchell (No. 19) and Xavier Worthy (No. 30). The latter recently set a new NFL Scouting Combine record with a 4.21 40-yard dash.

Cincinnati selecting either Mitchell or Worthy with the 18th overall pick would be a surprise, but receiver is surely a need they'll address early in the draft. A long-term option is needed to eventually replace Tee Higgins.

The pro day circuit can be a whirlwind, so it's always notable when the big figures of a franchise make an appearance. Taylor and Walters' presence in the Lone Star State hasn't gone unnoticed.
