Myles Garrett is a freak of nature. His physical traits have always stood out, even when he was just entering the NFL in 2017. For those not in the know, he was one of the few prospects to weigh more than 260 pounds and record at least 40 inches in the vertical jump at the scouting combine.
No one can deny that Garrett's physique is incredible, and he has always been proud to show it whenever he can. That being said, fans still can't help but be in awe of his build whenever he shows it off.
On Wednesday, Garrett went shirtless as he spoke to reporters and answered a variety of questions. A video from Scott Fowler of the Charlotte Observer — where the Cleveland Browns defensive star can be heard talking about Bryce Young — particularly trended online.
In the clip, Garrett's massive build can be seen fully and clearly, sparking a wave of reactions from fans.

"Have we ever questioned if Myles is too big? Too strong?" a commenter wrote. Another one said, "That guy is a beast."
"Jesus Christ this dude is a monster," a fan shared in disbelief.
A supporter added, "Large man."
A fifth social media user exclaimed, "God [expletive] my guy is jacked."
"Put a shirt on bro. You’re depressing me," a follower jokingly noted.
Garrett's physique should only scare the Browns' NFL rivals even more. After all, with his massive frame, he continues to be an intimidating presence.
Not to mention that Garrett's body is backed up by his skills on the field. The 29-year-old is ranked as the best defensive end in 2025, with PFF highlighting what he accomplished last season.
"Garrett finished as the NFL's top pass-rusher for the third consecutive season, leading the league in PFF pass-rush grade (92.8), total pressures (83), pass-rush win rate (23.1%) and pressure rate (18.1%)," PFF wrote.
"The future Hall of Famer also became the youngest player in NFL history to reach 100 career sacks and remains the only player to record 14 or more sacks in four straight seasons."
Garrett recorded 14.0 sacks, 47 combined tackles, 22 tackles for loss, 28 QB hits and three forced fumbles. And by the looks of it, he's not slowing down any time soon.
