Day one of OTAs is in the books for the Philadelphia Eagles, and while the media wasn't in attendance for the first day, the team still shared some highlights from the workout.

On Tuesday, the team posted parts of the practice on their social media accounts. It included Jalen Hurts throwing a pass, Saquon Barkley catching passes, Quinyon Mitchell breaking up a pass, Johnny Wilson catching a curl route, and Reed Blankenship and Cooper DeJean participating in drills.

One moment stuck out, though, as the Eagles showcased one of their rookie defenders making an intriguing first impression on fans.

Ty Robinson flexes his strength and has Eagles fans going crazy

22 seconds into the video posted by the Eagles, there's video of fifth-round pick Ty Robinson destroying some of the tackling dummies on the field. Robinson lifted the first one a few feet into the air and easily pushed and lifted the second one.

The three second moment with Robinson was enough for Eagles fans to share their excitement about him. One user gave Robinson a new nickname "Vanilla Gorilla."

Two other users were quick to call Robinson an 'animal" with him showing off his strength.

One other person had only three words to explain what he saw with Robinson.

Robinson made easy work of offensive players last year with Nebraska after racking up 37 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, seven sacks, four pass breakups, and a forced fumble in 13 games. He earned third-team All-Big Ten selection for the Cornhuskers.

Fans got to see Robinson's strength firsthand at the NFL Combine, where he finished tied for ninth and five reps shy of first on the bench press with 28 reps. The six feet, five inches, and 288-pound defensive tackle earned a high grade from Next Gen stats as he was fifth in athleticism score among his position with an 80.

Early depth chart projections have Robinson as a backup to Moro Ojomo at defensive end. Robinson will also be competing with Byron Young, Thomas Booker IV, and Gabe Hall for playing time behind Ojomo, Jalen Carter, and Jordan Davis.

Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio is looking for big, strong defensive tackles who can also show athleticism to pressure the quarterback. Robinson fits the criteria to the T with what he can do.

It's early on, but three seconds was enough to show Eagles fans that Robinson is scary on the defensive line.
