This last year was a weird one for the Las Vegas Raiders, as they had someone wearing the No. 4 in Silver and Black for the first time in over nine years. Usually, that's Derek Carr wearing that number and taking the ball from under center. This year, it was Aidan O'Connell.
It was also weird because we have only seen Carr wear three different jerseys in his entire life - a Raiders jersey, a Fresno State jersey, and his high school jersey. Now, you can add the New Orleans Saints to that list.
The Raiders fan base has been pretty split down the middle on Carr for some time. Even today, a year after Carr was let go from the Raiders, fans still argue about him being the QB in silver and black.
However, a large portion of the fan base still roots for the Saints because they want to see Carr do well. A good portion of them actually spent time with Carr this week in Las Vegas.
This week at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Derek Carr was at the Fan District taking pictures with NFL fans, but mostly Raiders fans. It likely won't be the only time fans see him in Vegas this offseason, either, as he still lives there.

You can hate on Carr as a football player, but you cannot question his character. He loves the fans, for sure.
