The New York Giants have been at the center of a lot of schedule news today. Earlier, it was revealed that the Giants were going to travel to Munich, Germany this season and play the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving.
This still left 15 other games on their schedule to be determined. Luckily, Giants fans do not have to wait any longer to find out when they are playing their other opponents. See the full schedule below.
Earlier this morning, Chris Rosa of the NY Giants Rush podcast revealed the New York Giants’ schedule from what he called a “reliable source.” Later in the day, this slate of games for the 2024 NFL season was confirmed by Paul Schwartz of the New York Post.
So, what does the Giants’ full schedule look like? Let’s take a look.
So, what stands out on the Giants’ 2024 NFL schedule? For one thing, they will play the Dallas Cowboys on national television twice. The first meeting will be on Thursday Night Football in Week 4 at MetLife Stadium. Then, the Cowboys will have their annual home game on Thanksgiving against the Giants.
Most Giants fans will be circling that Week 7 home game against the Philadelphia Eagles. Besides it being a rivalry game, it will be the first time RB Saquon Barkley steps foot in MetLife Stadium in an opposing uniform. It is safe to say there is no love lost between Giants fans and Barkley with the way his departure transpired.
This is also the third straight season the Giants are ending their regular season against the Eagles. These two teams split the regular season finale meetings over the last two seasons.
Now that the schedule has been revealed, the Giants can focus on their early opponents and the fans can start making plans to attend these games. Both the players and the fans are hoping for more wins than the team got last season.
