
While the Buffalo Bills fell short of their ultimate goal of reaching and capturing the Lombardi Trophy, they still had a tremendous season, led by quarterback Josh Allen. He's representing the organization in high volume at the NFL Honors in New Orleans.
Allen, a candidate for the illustrious NFL MVP award, brought home the FedEx Air & Ground Player of the Year Award alongside Ja'Marr Chase. However, on Thursday night, he was recognized for another prestigious honor that speaks volumes about his character.
The NFL and the Bills proudly announced that Josh Allen has received the prestigious Art Rooney Sportsmanship Award. The Bills' official social media post celebrated the honor with a message: "Nicest guy in the NFL!"

Allen has long been a class act both on and off the field, and while much of the focus often centers on his impressive football performance, it's the way he carries himself that truly sets him apart. His demeanor and character have been noticed across the league, and Thursday night was a recognition of that.
After the Buffalo Bills' heartbreaking loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game, Chiefs quarterback and good friend Patrick Mahomes praised Allen for not only his skills but for the person he is. Mahomes’ words highlighted the respect Allen commands from his peers.
“I always feel for him—he’s a great player, an amazing competitor and an awesome dude who I respect so much,” Mahomes said
