Jordan Love and the Green Bay Packers are looking for a bounceback win against the Chicago Bears in Week 16 after losing 34-26 to the Denver Broncos last Sunday.
The loss in Denver was notable for several reasons. The biggest headline was Green Bay losing star defensive end Micah Parsons to a season-ending ACL injury.
Another was Love's frustrating day against the Broncos defense. The 27-year-old quarterback completed 24-of-40 passes for 276 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
The Broncos were keyed in on the Packers quarterback from the start. Early in the first quarter, safety Talanoa Hufanga took things a step too far in an incident involving Love, which resulted in a fine for Hufanga.
On the Packers' first offensive drive, Love scrambled to convert a 4th and 1 with 9:41 remaining in the first quarter.
Hufanga ran him out of bounds, but as he returned to the field, the Broncos defender pushed Love's head against the ground. No flag was thrown on the play.
The NFL fined Broncos safety Talanoa Hufanga $11,533 for unnecessary roughness — shoving Packers QB Jordan Love’s head after a play last week.

On Saturday, just hours before kickoff of the Bears-Packers game, the NFL announced in its weekly gameday accountability report that Hufanga had been fined $11,593 for the incident, citing "unnecessary roughness."
Hufanga will have the opportunity to appeal the fine, but based on the replay, the evidence is hard to ignore. He may not be able to get away without a punishment, like Broncos teammate Zach Allen did following a separate incident with Love.
The Broncos host the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday at 4:05 p.m. ET, while Love and the Packers travel to Soldier Field to face the Bears on Saturday at 8:20 p.m.
