NFL Announces Punishment for Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco

All eyes are on the Kansas City Chiefs, led by head coach Andy Reid.

The Chiefs are looking to make their fourth straight Super Bowl appearance, but at 6-6, they're staring at a potential whiff for the postseason.

With the Chiefs potentially missing the playoffs, they're getting ready for a matchup against the Houston Texans, set to play in Week 14 on "Sunday Night Football."

Kansas City is looking to win out, getting ready for matchups against the following teams to finish the season: the Texans, Chargers, Raiders, Broncos and Titans.

While the focus lies on the Chiefs' potentially turning around their season, running back Isiah Pacheco was delivered some unfortunate news ahead of their matchup against the Texans.

On Saturday, the NFL gameday operations revealed their final decisions on fines from the previous game week.

In the Chiefs' previous game against the Dallas Cowboys, Pacheco found himself in a tough situation. Pacheco received a fine for unnecessary toughness.

The Chiefs' star was fined $46,371 for an illegal use of his helmet in the matchup against the Cowboys. While the initial fine could be much lower, it's the second case of Pacheco receiving an unnecessary roughness penalty.

Isiah Pacheco's season with the Kansas City Chiefs has been far from ideal.

Pacheco missed time earlier in the season, being sidelined with a knee injury in Week 9, Week 11 and Week 12. He also came into the season with ankle issues.

In his fourth season with the Chiefs, Pacheco has posted one touchdown and 345 yards. Pacheco has also posted one touchdown and 60 yards in the air.
