NFL Draft Pick Signings: 6/21/26

Only a few teams have remaining unsigned draft picks, and one of those teams made progress on that today:

Las Vegas Raiders

After using the No. 1 overall pick of the draft to address the most important position in the game, the Raiders utilized their picks at the top of the second and third rounds to address the defensive side of the ball. Star defensive end Maxx Crosby can only do so much. Collecting 10.0 sacks before getting shutdown in last year’s 15-game Pro Bowl season, Crosby was the only pass rusher on the team to even reach five sacks.

Crosby remains after a failed trade with the Ravens, and the team re-signed Malcolm Koonce and added Kwity Paye in free agency. Crawford was drafted to address a need, but Las Vegas has done plenty else to address that need, so there won’t be much pressure on Crawford to deliver early, which fits Crawford’s history.

Starting his collegiate career at Arkansas State, he didn’t break out until his sophomore year, when he led the team with six sacks and added 11 tackles for loss and a blocked field goal. He transferred to Auburn in 2024 and similarly didn’t make much of a defensive impact until Year 2 with the Tigers, when he finished the season with five sacks, 9.5 tackles for loss, and third-team All-SEC honors.
