The incident occurred on September 28, after Lloyd intercepted a pass in the Week 4 matchup at Levi's Stadium.

The Jaguars defeated the 49ers 26-21, handing San Francisco its only loss of the season. Since then, the 49ers bounced back with an overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams, improving their record to 4-1 and sitting atop the NFC West.
Through five games, McCaffrey has totaled 669 scrimmage yards and three touchdowns. Still, the All-Pro running back is searching for his first rushing touchdown of the 2025 season.
