NFL futures: Two Kansas City Chiefs bets to make

Two future bets on the Chiefs

What can you really do for the two-time defending champions beside fade them when everyone else is likely continuing to bet their overs?

This team remains loaded, but whether it be injuries or something of the ilk, the better value seems to be on taking under 11.5 wins.

The team has a tough schedule, starting with the Ravens and Bengals in successive weeks. They also draw the 49ers, Bills, Texans and the entire AFC North.

Kansas City has shown us they may start slow and then it doesn't matter. We foresee threading the needle and sweating this one out as the Chiefs end up 11-6.

Xavier Worthy over 750.5 receiving yards (+100 DraftKings)

It remains to be seen what comes of Rashee Rice to start the season, and obviously Travis Kelce and Marquise Brown are going to command their targets, but Worthy seems worth a stash in the futures market.

The rookie set records at the combine for his speed, and having that type of element with Patrick Mahomes throwing the football seems like a good combination to us.

This is the type of weapon that Andy Reid figures out how to deploy, and at this total, we're jumping on the Worthy train.
