The NFL combine is set to start this week, as prospects have one of their final opportunities to impress teams. Here's our final mock draft before the combine, as of Feb. 25.
1 of 32
1. Arizona Cardinals: Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State
Tim Heitman / USA Today Sports Images
The big decision here for the Cardinals seems to be keeping the pick and taking Bosa or trading down to a quarterback-needy team. Of course, Kliff Kingsbury's past compliments of Kyler Murray could make this pick especially interesting, but the Cardinals have tried to commit to Josh Rosen, at least in the media. Bosa is the consensus top player on the board.
2 of 32
2. San Francisco 49ers:Josh Allen, OLB, Kentucky
Jasen Vinlove / USA Today Sports Images
Allen is still in the conversation as the first-overall draft choice after recording 17 sacks for Kentucky last season. San Francisco has invested heavily in the defensive line in recent drafts but could still use another dominant pass rusher. If Arizona trades out of the No. 1 spot, it's still possible Bosa will be available here.
3 of 32
3. New York Jets: Quinnen Williams, DT, Alabama
Matthew Emmons / USA Today Sports Images
The odds that the Jets will take a pass rusher with the third overall pick are good if they stay in that spot, considering the strength of the player pool up front. Williams has jumped up draft boards after finishing with eight sacks and 71 tackles in his sophomore season at Alabama.
4 of 32
4. Oakland Raiders: Devin White, LB, LSU
Stephen Lew / USA Today Sports Images
White has a chance to be a sideline-to-sideline tackling machine in the NFL, and there really isn't a position on the field where the Raiders should feel set. He could be the best long-term solution available at No. 4.
5 of 32
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Ed Oliver, DT, Houston
Tommy Gilligan / USA Today Sports Images
There's a strong possibility that long-term star Gerald McCoy will be a cap casualty for the Bucs, opening the door for the team to take a defensive lineman. Oliver was a prospect for the No. 1 overall pick coming into the season but missed time with a knee injury. He could help Tampa Bay for a long time to come.
6 of 32
6. New York Giants: Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State
Matthew Emmons / USA Today Sports Images
Haskins still looks like the top quarterback on the board, but he probably won't fall this far if recent history of teams trading up for signal-callers in the draft is any indication. He would cause a stir in the New York media if the Giants retain Eli Manning on the roster.
7 of 32
7. Jacksonville Jaguars: Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma
Tim Heitman / USA Today Sports Images
Jacksonville looks like the most likely destination for free-agent Nick Foles, but for now the Jags are still in the market for a quarterback in the draft. Murray is fully committed to football over baseball and was responsible for more than 5,300 yards of offense last season.
8 of 32
8. Detroit Lions: T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa
David Banks / USA Today Sports Images
Tight end is a priority for the Lions this offseason, making Hockenson a possibility at eighth overall. Hockenson has been flying up draft boards after declaring early, as he finished last season with 49 receptions for 760 yards and six touchdowns.
9 of 32
9. Buffalo Bills: Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama
Matthew Emmons / USA Today Sports Images
Buffalo needs to desperately improve its offensive line if it would like to develop 2018 draftee Josh Allen. Williams could shift Dion Dawkins back to guard, or he could fit at right tackle.
10 of 32
10. Denver Broncos: Greedy Williams, CB, LSU
John David Mercer / USA Today Sports Images
Denver isn't necessarily out of the market for a quarterback after acquiring Joe Flacco, but it does make taking one in the first round less likely. Its attention could now shift to the defense, and cornerback is an area of need with Chris Harris getting older and the team potentially losing Bradley Roby and Tramaine Brock via free agency.
11 of 32
11. Cincinnati Bengals: Jawaan Taylor, OT, Florida
Bryan Lynn / USA Today Sports Images
Cincinnati has plenty of needs, including linebacker, defensive back and on the offensive line. If the LSU duo of Devin White and Greedy Williams are taken before Cincinnati's selection, Taylor becomes a strong possibility. He's capable of playing right tackle for the Bengals immediately.
12 of 32
12. Green Bay Packers: Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan
Rick Osentoski / USA Today Sports Images
Green Bay desperately needs help with its pass rush, and Gary would be a steal if he stops this far. Gary could help immediately; he had 9.5 sacks in 22 games over the last two seasons.
13 of 32
13. Miami Dolphins: Daniel Jones, QB, Duke
John David Mercer / USA Today Sports Images
Miami could go in quite a few directions with this pick as the Dolphins embark on a full rebuild, and quarterback is just one of their needs. Jones might need some development time and probably wouldn't be a first-round pick in a normal year, but he has the advantage of a weak quarterback class.
14 of 32
14. Atlanta Falcons: Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson
Matthew Emmons / USA Today Sports Images
Atlanta is in the market for pass rush help, especially with the high-priced Vic Beasley a candidate to be cut. Ferrell is a potentially dominant edge rusher, with 27 sacks over the last three seasons.
15 of 32
15. Washington Redskins: Drew Lock, QB, Missouri
Nelson Chenault / USA Today Sports Images
Washington is looking for a quarterback again with Alex Smith's future in doubt due to a catastrophic leg injury. Lock made nice progress at Mizzou last season, but his accuracy on short throws is still a question mark.
16 of 32
16. Carolina Panthers: Montez Sweat, DE, Mississippi State
John David Mercer / USA Today Sports Images
Sweat was the talk of Senior Bowl practice, and his elite tools make him a great value if he falls to the middle of the first round. Carolina is very much in the market for defensive line help, following Julius Peppers' retirement.
17 of 32
17. Cleveland Browns: Cody Ford, OT, Oklahoma
Kevin Jairaj / USA Today Sports Images
Cleveland needs help at tackle, and Ford would be convenient with a former Oklahoma quarterback under center for the Browns. Ford is one of the most versatile linemen on the board, with the ability to play tackle or guard.
18 of 32
18. Minnesota Vikings: Dalton Risner, OT, Kansas State
John David Mercer / USA Today Sports Images
Minnesota has clearly needed help on the offensive line, and Risner has the potential to be an immediate plug and play after four seasons at Kansas State.
19 of 32
19. Tennessee Titans: Jachai Polite, DE, Florida
Kim Klement / USA Today Sports Images
Tennessee is in a position for aid along the defensive line. While slightly undersized, Polite showed impressive ability with 11 sacks and 19.5 tackles for loss in his junior season.
20 of 32
20. Pittsburgh Steelers: D.K. Metcalf, WR, Ole Miss
Mark Zerof / USA Today Sports Images
With Antonio Brown all but gone from Pittsburgh, the Steelers have a need at wideout. Metcalf has impressive measurables and averaged 21.9 yards per reception when he was healthy last season.
21 of 32
21. Seattle Seahawks: Deandre Baker, CB, Georgia
Jason Getz / USA Today Sports Images
Seattle has thinned out in the secondary over the last year, and could certainly use more depth at corner or safety. Baker has been extremely productive over the last three seasons for the Bulldogs.
22 of 32
22. Baltimore Ravens: Marquise Brown, WR, Oklahoma
Kevin Jairaj / USA Today Sports Images
Baltimore needs wideout help, with John Brown headed toward free agency and Michael Crabtree a cut candidate. Brown won't work out at the combine following foot surgery, but it might not hurt his stock. He averaged 18.3 yards per reception in two seasons at Oklahoma and could be an immediate impact player.
23 of 32
23. Houston Texans: Byron Murphy, CB, Washington
Kelley L. Cox / USA Today Sports Images
Houston is set to lose depth at cornerback if Kareem Jackson departs, and Kevin Johnson's health is also a question mark. Murphy is coming off a productive season for the Huskies, with four picks and 58 tackles.
24 of 32
24. Oakland Raiders (via Bears): Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson
Kelley L. Cox / USA Today Sports Images
The Raiders had only 13 sacks last season, so pass-rush help is at the top of their list in the draft. Wilkins had 16 sacks in four seasons at Clemson.
25 of 32
25. Philadelphia Eagles: Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson
Joshua S. Kelly / USA Today Sports Images
Timmy Jernigan is on the chopping block for the Eagles due to his hefty contract, but Lawrence would be a perfect replacement. He's a load in the middle and a safe bet to be a top run-stopper in the NFL.
26 of 32
26. Indianapolis Colts: A.J. Brown, WR, Ole Miss
Matt Bush / USA Today Sports Images
The other wideout at Ole Miss, Brown had more than 1,200 yards receiving in consecutive seasons. Indy needs more wide receiver weapons behind T.Y. Hilton, and Brown is capable of helping immediately.
27 of 32
27. Oakland Raiders (via Cowboys): Josh Jacobs, RB, Alabama
Steve Mitchell / USA Today Sports Images
The Raiders have been complimentary of Jalen Richard's ability, but it remains to be seen if he's capable as a bell cow back. Jacobs has similar versatility but could possibly take on a bigger workload. He doesn't have much mileage on his wheels, with a total of 299 touches in his Alabama career.
28 of 32
28. Los Angeles Chargers: Greg Little, OT, Ole Miss
Nelson Chenault / USA Today Sports Images
Right tackle is a major need for the Chargers. The organization has had some bad luck in the draft recently, with 2017 second-round pick guard Forrest Lamp failing to stay healthy. The Chargers will likely need to use an early pick this year if they are not confident in his ability to bounce back. Little is a potential long-term left tackle.
29 of 32
29. Kansas City Chiefs: Trayvon Mullen, CB, Clemson
Mark J. Rebilas / USA Today Sports Images
Regardless of whether the Chiefs are able to re-sign Steven Nelson, they could be in the market for a cornerback. Mullen was Clemson's best at that position over the last two seasons and has the size (6-foot-2) that the Chiefs look for in press corners.
30 of 32
30. Green Bay Packers (via Saints): Devin Bush, LB, Michigan
Brad Mills / USA Today Sports Images
Bush is undersized at sub-6-foot, but he has the potential to be a tackling machine. The Packers desperately need to rebuild their front seven, and Bush could be part of their core.
31 of 32
31. Los Angeles Rams: Jerry Tillery, DT, Notre Dame
Jerome Miron / USA Today Sports Images
Tillery is a massive defensive tackle prospect at 6-foot-7, and he would potentially step in for pending free agent Ndamukong Suh. The Notre Dame defensive tackle had a career-high seven sacks last season.
32 of 32
32. New England Patriots: Brian Burns, DE, Florida State
Melina Myers / USA Today Sports Images
The Patriots will be in the market for a pass rusher if they're unable to re-sign Trey Flowers. Burns had 10 sacks for a bad Seminoles team last year.
