NFL players give Patriots' Brenden Schooler the ultimate honor

Players across the NFL have a lot of respect for Brenden Schooler.

That became even more apparent after the NFL Player's Association released the second annual Players' All Pro-Team.

To get selected for this, only NFL players were eligible to vote and they were not allowed to vote for themselves or their teammates. Players who missed five or more games as of Week 15 were not eligible for a spot on the team, and players voted for the position group that they play in.

And lastly, the special teams category was voted on by player leaders from each locker room.

Patriots' Brenden Schooler was selected as a core teamer alongside Detroit Lions' Jalen Reeves-Maybin.

And he reacted to the news on Instagram following the announcement.

So while the Patriots don't have a Pro Bowler, they do have one player on the All-Pro Team.

Schooler finished the regular season with an NFL high 13 special team tackles. He also had a highlight moment, blocking a field goal early in the season.
