Ohio State star Caleb Downs has partnered with his NFL brother Josh Downs to make an impact far beyond football

Caleb Downs is one of the biggest stars in college football, and the Ohio State Buckeyes scored a major win by landing him after Nick Saban retired from Alabama.

Downs is not only a standout on the football field—where he’s expected to be an All-American again in 2025 before likely hearing his name called early in the 2026 NFL Draft—but he’s also an exceptional person off the field. His latest endeavor is a testament to that.

The Ohio State star is teaming up with his brother, Josh Downs, a wide receiver for the Indianapolis Colts, to support a meaningful cause. The Trust Downs Foundation’s first annual Driving Hope Classic will take place on July 14 at Topgolf Columbus, with both football players expected to attend.

Brothers Caleb and Josh Downs continue to give back through their foundation

This event from The Trust Downs Foundation follows their first-ever football camp, where the Downs brothers both returned to their home state of Georgia. They were able to give back to the Atlanta community and provide kids who attended the camp with an experience they will cherish for a lifetime.

Seeing Caleb and Josh use their platforms to improve the communities they come into contact with. Whether it is their home state of Georgia, their colleges, Alabama, and Ohio State for Caleb, and North Carolina for Josh. Once Caleb joins his brother in the NFL, who is already making a difference in Indianapolis with the Colts, their foundation will add another community to its long list of places they want to impact going forward.
