Patrick Mahomes Gets Good News on Monday

Patrick Mahomes is preparing for his ninth season in the NFL, having already created an incredible legacy with the Kansas City Chiefs.

During his career with the Chiefs, Mahomes has led his team to three Super Bowl titles and five AFC titles.

Given his incredible play early in his NFL career, Mahomes has been spotlighted as the best quarterback in the league.

According to a recent article by ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, Mahomes has been ranked as the No. 1 quarterback in the NFL. Mahomes' ranking comes from a voting panel that includes executives, coaches and scouts around the league.

"For the third year in a row (and the fifth time in the last six years), ESPN's panel of executives, coaches and scouts ranked Patrick Mahomes as the league's best quarterback heading into 2025," posted Kansas City Chiefs reporter Matt McMullen.

Last season with the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes posted 26 touchdowns and 3,928 yards with a 67.5 completion percentage.

Mahomes led the Chiefs to the Super Bowl, where they suffered a loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Kansas City ultimately finished the season with a 17-3 record, defeating the Buffalo Bills and the Houston Texans in the playoffs before losing in the Super Bowl.
