The New England Patriots are hoping to have wide receiver Stefon Diggs for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans.

Diggs was limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday before being a full participant Friday. After practice, the Patriots released their injury report, listing Diggs as "questionable" with a chest injury.

The Patriots and Buffalo Bills are tied for first in the AFC East with 4-2 records, but the Patriots have the tiebreaker since they beat the Bills in Orchard Park on Oct. 5, 25-19. The Patriots will try to sweep the Bills on Dec. 14.

Diggs is in his first season as a member of the Patriots and has already compiled 32 receptions for 387 yards. But he's still searching for his first touchdown.

The Titans have lost five of their first six games and fired head coach Brian Callahan on Monday. He was just 4-19 in his short time leading the team. Senior offensive assistant Mike McCoy will be the interim head coach for the rest of the year.

Before signing with the Patriots, Diggs spent the 2024 season with the Houston Texans and the four seasons prior with the Bills. He started his career with the Minnesota Vikings in 2015 and was with them for five seasons.

Diggs has racked up six 1,000-yard seasons since breaking into the NFL and is looking to make it seven this year. His career high in receiving yards is 1,535.

Kickoff for Sunday's Patriots-Titans contest will be at 1 p.m. ET on CBS. The game will be called by Andrew Catalon, Charles Davis and Jason McCourty.
