New England also cut WR Cameron Dorner and OL Jake Kubas from the practice squad and signed LB Elias Neal.
Neal, 25, signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Marshall following the 2024 draft.
He made the initial 53-man roster his rookie year but was let go in October that year and remained on the practice squad, signing futures deal after each season.
Neal was let go by the Rams in late October after signing to the practice squad following roster cutdowns.
In 2026, Neal has appeared in two games for the Rams but recorded no stats.
