Julian Edelman is trying to get A.J. Brown to make the move to Foxborough in the future.

Brown had some fun, showing off an autographed Julian Edelman No. 11 Patriots jersey on his Instagram story. And that prompted a response from the former New England receiver.

“All day bro. Feel free to rock 11 when you sign #FoxboroForever,” Edelman commented.

Brown began his career with the Tennessee Titans, being drafted by Mike Vrabel in the 2019 NFL Draft. So, what about a reunion?

In his first three seasons with the Titans, he recorded 185 receptions for 2,995 receiving yards and 24 touchdowns. However, during the 2022 NFL Draft, Brown was traded to the Eagles in exchange for the 18th overall pick. He went on to sign a four-year, $100 million contract with Philadelphia shortly after.

Prior to the start of the 2024 season, he signed a three-year, $96 million contract extension, keeping him with the Eagles through the 2029 season. However, Edelman is always looking out for his former team, and seems to be playing general manager by putting the idea of a trade out there.

It's definitely not likely to happened, but his 7,026 yards and 49 touchdowns across six seasons is a reason to at least inquire.

Who knows what could happen?
