Jordan Schultz reports that the Patriots are signing DL/LB Dre’Mont Jones to a three-year, $39 million contract.

No surprise here, as both Jones and the Patriots HC Mike Vrabel are former Ohio State players and had stints with the Titans.

Jones, 29, is a former third-round pick of the Broncos back in 2019 out of Ohio State. He finished the final year of his four-year, $3,586,404 rookie contract that included a $1,066,404 signing bonus in 2022.

He then signed a three-year, $51 million contract with the Seahawks before the 2023 season.

From there, he signed a one-year deal with the Titans last offseason. The Titans then traded Jones to the Ravens in November for a conditional fifth-round pick.

In 2025, Jones appeared in 18 games and made 17 starts for the Titans and Ravens. He recorded 43 tackles, seven sacks, two fumble recoveries, one deflection, and seven tackles for loss.
