The Bills (6-3) are favored against the 3-6 Browns in Week 11, but there is reason to believe Cleveland can pull off the upset.
The game has been all over the headlines since being moved to a neutral location due to the inclement weather in Buffalo. A trap game is possible for multiple reasons.

Playing Bills QB Josh Allen inside a dome stadium on turf may not be what the Browns were hoping for, but Allen was still limited in practice with an elbow injury on Thursday. The Bills also already ruled out three defensive starters before the game.
#Bills coach Sean McDermott has already ruled out a few injured players, including CB Tre'Davious White, LB Tremaine Edmunds, and DE Greg Rousseau.

Buffalo had to cancel Friday's practice due to the weather as well, forcing the team to meet virtually.
The Browns can take advantage of the multitude of outside distractions for the Bills, who are on a two-game losing streak after falling to the Jets and Vikings in back-to-back weeks.
Browns TE David Njoku knows there is an opportunity to hand them their third straight loss. He took to Twitter in an attempt to recruit fans to make the trip to Detroit.

It is a tall task, but never say never. Will Cleveland pull off the trap game, or will Buffalo get back on track?
