Peyton Manning brought a Tennessee Vols fan to tears this week with a really cool heartfelt gesture.
WBIR's Emilie Rae Cochrane recently shared the story of Sarah Ferguson, a diehard Vols fan who wears orange every second of every day.
Ferguson has an extensive autograph collection, and at the time of WBIR's story, she needed two key autographs to complete her collection -- Phillip Fulmer and Peyton Manning. She met Fulmer and got his autograph at Tennessee's homecoming win against New Mexico State.
Manning then heard about Ferguson's story and sent her an autographed jersey along with a personal video message.
"Hope you enjoy the jersey," said Manning in the video. "Thanks for being a big fan and supporter of mine, and hope to have a chance to meet you someday. Enjoy, and go Vols."
Just an incredible gesture by one of the greatest Vols of all time. And a great story from WBIR.
