Peyton Manning won two Super Bowls and held five MVP titles, but his golf game is… something he is working on.
In the Memorial Tournament pro-am at Dublin, Ohio, Manning was able to play a round with PGA Champ and world No. 1, Scottie Scheffler. The team was indeed a fine one, but Manning had a very off-target tee shot on one hole.
Manning immediately noticed something wrong as soon as he lined up and took the swing. “Fore!” he yelled out within a few seconds. Soon after, a big noise shook the course. His ball had hit a house close to the fairway. It sounds like it didn’t just graze a gutter, but that it had the same power as Manning throwing his best spiral pass.
Someone shot the moment on their phone and the outcome was hilarious. Scheffler couldn’t keep himself from laughing out loud. “Good morning, sir,” he replied with a joking tone and “That’s too much.”

It would pressure anyone to play well when they have the two-time Masters Champion watching over them. Because he can laugh at himself and bring smiles to others, moments like these make Manning an especially lovable man.
Even more fun, Eli Manning joined the discussion on social media. He said, teasingly, “I’m so proud!” in his typical way, making fun of his older brother.
Whether the house suffered damages or was signed by a football legend is unknown, however, everyone agreed that the shot was unforgettable.
With guests like Steph Curry, Nick Saban, Larry Fitzgerald, and Luke Bryan also there, some other shanks could’ve happened — only Manning’s was recognized on camera.
According to Peyton Manning, always have a look at property sales listings before heading out to golf.
