The Dallas Cowboys announced terrible news on Monday. The team lost a beloved member after what was called “a long health battle.”
The Cowboys issued a statement on the passing of an important piece of the franchise. Ms. Carolyn Price, a Cowboys superfan, passed away this week. She was 83 years old. She had become a regular at the team’s games for 30 years, often sitting in the front row.
“The way Ms. Price loved the Cowboys was truly priceless. She was one of a kind and expressed her special love and care for players, coaches, staff, and all things Cowboys, in every way she could for decades. We will always hear her voice calling out our names and offering her support. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family and loved ones,” the team said in a statement on her passing.

It was common to see her greeting players, coaches and team owner Jerry Jones during her visits to the stadium. The Cowboys have received tragic news in recent times. Scott Laidlaw, a former Super Bowl champion running back, died at the age of 72 in January.
The Dallas Cowboys will have several questions to answer this offseason. The Lone Star could lose its two best offensive stars from 2025 (Javonte Williams and George Pickens) to free agency. If Williams leaves, they might have a strong backup plan.
Pro Football Focus’ Mason Cameron envisions the Cowboys reuniting with Rico Dowdle in the offseason.
“With run-game mastermind Klayton Adams having great success in his first season as the Cowboys’ offensive coordinator, it may be time for a reunion between Dowdle and his former team,” Cameron wrote.
Dallas has Pickens and Williams as their top priorities this offseason. However, Dowdle expressed his interest in a potential reunion after a career year in Carolina.
