Post-waiver wire fantasy football pickups for Week 13

Much like our refrigerators these days, the Week 13 waiver wire remains jam-packed with quality leftovers. Scoop up these players before your competition does.

RB: Tank Bigsby ( Jacksonville Jaguars)

Travis Etienne Jr. led Jacksonville running backs with 95 total yards over the past three weeks, but Bigsby led the team in rushing five times with much better numbers this year. He missed the Jaguars’ last game against the Lions with an ankle injury but appears to be better after the team’s Week 12 bye.

Bigsby is a more powerful runner than Etienne but suffers from a lack of production in the passing game. Five catches for 38 yards won’t scare anybody, but 5.5 yards per carry and four scores should give teams pause. If nothing else, Bigsby could hold tremendous value in standard leagues and as a handcuff to Etienne as fantasy playoffs draw near.

Bigsby is available in 58% of Yahoo leagues.

TE: Hunter Henry (New England Patriots)

Henry caught five of a team-high eight targets for 44 yards against the Dolphins last week, marking the fifth time he’s led the team in targets since rookie Drake Maye took over as the team’s starting quarterback.

He scored just 9.4 fantasy points against Miami but has four double-digit scores in his last seven games. More importantly, his 36.7 fantasy points over the past four weeks are more than more popular tight ends like George Kittle (34.9), Cade Otton (34.2) and Dallas Goedert (27.5).

This week, he’ll face a Colts defense currently allowing the sixth-most fantasy points per game (14.8) to tight ends. Hunter may not be a league winner at this point in his career, but as long as he continues to see the bulk of targets, he offers a relatively safe floor against Indianapolis.

Henry is available in 47% of Yahoo leagues.

WR: Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (Tennessee Titans)

After a 12.8 fantasy performance in Week 12, Westbrook-Ikhine now has double-digit fantasy scores in four of his last five games. Calvin Ridley leads the team with 635 yards, but no Titans receiver can match Westbrook-Ikhine’s six touchdowns.

All six scores have come in the team’s last seven games including a 117-yard, 19.7 fantasy point performance against the Vikings in Week 11. Westbrook-Ikhine now has double-digit fantasy scores in four of his last five games.

His 54.6 point average over the past four weeks is better than top-10 fantasy receivers like Justin Jefferson (50.1), Drake London (37.5) and Malik Nabers (53.4), making him a fairly safe option against the Commanders this week.

Westbrook-Ikhine is available in 84% of Yahoo! leagues.
