The deal keeps Cole in Las Vegas for the next five seasons, making him the highest-paid punter in the NFL.
Cole, who joined the Raiders as an undrafted free agent in 2019, is one of the last players to remain with the franchise since moving from Oakland to Las Vegas. In that time, Cole has averaged 48.6 yards on 374 career punts. Cole has continued the tradition of strong punting in Las Vegas, landing three Pro Bowls and two All-Pro honors.
Cole has been one of the bright spots of the Raiders in a time where they have needed them, and he has now been rewarded for his efforts with a hefty payday.
