Hobbs, 22, was taken to the Clark County (Nevada) Detention Facility on Jan. 3 after he was found asleep in his car in the exit lane of a parking garage and subsequently failing a field sobriety test.
Should Hobbs fail to pay the $685 fine and complete community service, he is subject to 30 days in jail.
Hobbs will also enter into an alcohol treatment program provided by the NFL and NFLPA, ESPN reported.
The fifth-round pick out of Illinois was also cited in a later incident for driving 110 mph and changing multiple lanes without signaling.
