Raiders fans did not need a podium Monday. They had the timeline, and the timeline had jokes.
The Raiders were not content to make one headline when free agency opened. They spent Day 1 attacking needs across the roster, and Raider Nation responded like it had been starving for a front office willing to swing big and keep swinging. The reactions came fast, the grades leaned high, and the memes hit before the dust could settle. If free agency is a show, the Raiders handled opening day like the Strip: loud, bright and impossible to ignore.
Raiders ADD another free agent

Some fans made it official with a number, and the top marks sounded like relief.
“10. They came out swinging and kept swinging. May have overpaid a bit but when you’re the worst team, you do what you have to,” Rich406 wrote.
That line landed because it sounded honest. Fans loved the aggression, but they also knew the price of admission.
Another commenter, J, nearly matched it with a 9.5 while still circling one concern: “9.5, I am ecstatic with the result. I think a bit of an over pay for Kwity. But other than that I think Spytek absolutely nailed it.”
Donald Dubon put an 8 on it and framed the day like a needed course correction: “This is the most they have ever done to improve a team, the ceiling was low from last year but they made some great moves 8 out of 10.”
Then came the unfiltered stuff. Jolt went straight to the top shelf: “A+ man it literally cannot get better than this.” No math required.
Some fans were not satisfied with giving a score. They wanted explanations.
OT2.0 summed up the energy with a quote that felt like it belonged on a billboard outside Allegiant: “Naw, you were supposed to say, ‘If you gave the #Raiders anything other than a 10 on the first day of free agency, explain why?’”
That is classic Raider Nation. You can disagree, but you better bring your work.
It was not unanimous, even in a sea of optimism. Toby Swank posted a blunt “3,” the lowest score in the batch you shared. No explanation, no debate, just a number tossed like a flag.
And honestly, that also fits the Raiders internet. Somebody always shows up to boo the encore.
The Raiders content ecosystem leaned into the momentum, too. Raiders Report’s Mitchell Renz posted, “What a day

The funniest post came from RaidersAQ, who dropped a fake alert graphic that read: “RAIDERS SIGNING SHOHEI OHTANI.” It was the perfect punchline for a day that felt like the Raiders were collecting names like souvenirs.
The Raiders still have to turn March into wins. For one day, though, Raider Nation treated free agency like it was back on the Strip: buzzing, chaotic and wide awake.
