Every NFL team, including the Las Vegas Raiders, released its schedules on Wednesday at 8 PM EST, so it was a little chaotic. Each team also released some content, whether they do a release video, a graphic, or something else.
And we were basically getting leaks in the schedule all day long. So, it was a busy day, and when you have a busy day, it's easy for news to slip right under and between. That's what happened on Wednesday with the Raiders.
According to Vic Tafur of The Athletic, the Raiders' former director of pro personnel, Dwayne Joseph, has left the team to join the Detroit Lions in the NFC.

Joseph has been a pretty important part of the Raiders' turnaround, and now they are losing him to another team. Now, they will likely find someone else to take over that role.
