Raiders Make Two P-Squad Moves

The Raiders released OT Darian Kinnard from the practice squad in a corresponding move.

Goodlow, 26, signed with the Rams as an undrafted free agent out of Oklahoma State following the 2024 draft. He was let go with an injury designation after camp and signed with Arizona’s practice squad before re-signing on a futures deal after the year.

From there, Goodlow started the 2025 season on the Cardinals’ practice squad but was let go in November and spent the rest of the year with Pittsburgh’s practice squad.

He signed a futures deal with the Steelers for 2026 but was let go and signed with the Panthers’ practice squad shortly after before being let go in October.

In 2025, Goodlow appeared in three games for the Cardinals and recorded three tackles including a tackle for loss.
