The Las Vegas Raiders finally did something they should have done a long, long time ago.
No, they didn't fire Josh McDaniels, and as long as they keep winning, even if they are bad wins, he won't be fired. He could lose every game the rest of the season, and Mark Davis may not fire him. But that's not why we are here.
The Raiders finally signed cornerback Tyler Hall to the active roster. After elevating him from the practice squad three times, the Raiders reached their limit. They signed him to the active roster, with safety Roderic Teamer heading to IR.
In the last two games the Raiders have played, the only two games that Hall has played this season as he has been on the practice squad all year, he has been great. They should have signed him to the active roster a long time ago.
Now, the sample size isn't huge, but in the two games he has played, Hall has been one of the better cornerbacks on the team. He has been better than free agent acquisition Marcus Peters, for sure.
