Rams Legend Aaron Donald Seen Giving 5-Star Talent Advice
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Aaron Donald took in a surprise visit to USC recently. The Los Angeles Rams legend wasn't there to take a recruiting trip, though. But he went viral for giving advice to a fast-rising prospect and five-star talent.

Donald got captured chatting with Tampa, Fla., linebacker Kaden Henderson -- who attended a USC practice on his unofficial visit. The Super Bowl winning defensive lineman is seen teaching hand move advice to Henderson, per 247Sports

"You always want to separate with hand placement," Donald is overheard telling Henderson. "Hand placement is key."

Donald then revealed a secret to Henderson on how he shed blockers. He turned to a chop/club move that swiped the hands. That technique got Donald to wreck havoc in the backfield.

The Jesuit High standout Henderson is the nation's top-ranked linebacker for the 2027 class per 247Sports composite. Henderson landed 35 total offers already while on the eve of his junior season.

USC is one of the schools pursuing the Florida talent. The Trojans already boast the nation's top-ranked recruiting class for the 2026 cycle. Head coach Lincoln Riley and company currently hold no verbal commits for the '27 recruiting class.

The Trojans already face fierce competition on the recruiting trail for Henderson. Southeastern Conference heavyweights Alabama, Auburn and in-state SEC representative Florida have offered. Meanwhile, Atlantic Coast Conference Sunshine State reps Florida State and Miami handed him an early offer.

USC is the only California university that's offered Henderson. They face Big Ten competition from Michigan, Ohio State and Oregon for the 6-foot-2, 200-pounder.

Donald never went to USC, but shares a connection to one Trojans coach. USC defensive line coach and run game coordinator Eric Henderson is on the staff. "Hendo" was Donald's defensive line coach during the Rams' Super Bowl LVI run.
