Randy Moss knows a thing or two when it comes to the wide receiver position.
With 982 receptions, 15,292 yards and 156 career touchdowns, Moss is in pretty much everyone's top 3. But when it comes to the GOAT, the Hall of Famer believes there's a young man in Minnesota that could ultimately claim that title when it's all said and done.
In an interview with TMZ Sports, Moss had high praise for Vikings wideout Justin Jefferson who's keeping the franchise's legacy of superstar WRs alive.
"I think Justin Jefferson is on pace to be arguably the greatest ever and definitely the greatest Viking to ever do it!" Moss exclaimed. "I've always been a fan of a complete football player, where you can score from anywhere on the field. And Justin brings that to the table."
Jefferson is off to one of the best starts we've ever seen from a receiver in his first five seasons. But in order to catch Moss (and eventually Jerry Rice) he's going to have to keep it up for a long, long time.
Justin has been selected to a Pro Bowl and All-Pro team every year but one when he was limited to just 10 games and still finished with over 1,000 receiving yards five scores — better than a lot of wide receivers' full seasons.
Jettas is definitely on pace. And we look forward to seeing how far he can take it over the course of his already impressive career.
