TE Jacob Breeland has been placed on the active non-football injury list.
WR De'Anthony Thomas has been added to the reserve list (voluntary opt-out).
The Kansas City Chiefs drafted Thomas in 2014, and he returned a punt for a touchdown as a rookie. Thomas remained with the Chiefs until the club released him last October. He joined the Ravens and appeared in nine games for the AFC North side.
Thomas re-signed with Baltimore in March.
Training camp sessions open to all players on Tuesday.
