Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill suffered a scary-looking injury during Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers and has been ruled out for the remainder of the matchup.

Hill broke free for a 25-yard run in the second quarter before taking a low hit from Steelers safety Damontae Kazee. The impact sent Hill airborne, and he appeared to land on his head, lying motionless on the field after the play.

The Ravens quickly announced that Hill had been ruled out for the remainder of the game with a concussion. Prayers poured in for Hill on social media following the play.

"Prayers up for Justice Hill," Robert Griffin III wrote on X.

Many were pleased to see Hill walk off the field under his own power.

"Happy to see he was able to walk off under his own power," a fan said.

Hill has been a dual-threat weapon for the rush-heavy Ravens. He has notched 198 rushing yards and 383 receiving yards this season, with four total touchdowns.

While Hill was a key part of the overall equation, the Ravens plenty of weapons in their backfield. Derrick Henry entered the matchup with 1,474 yards — second in the NFL — and Lamar Jackson (743 yards) can also do significant damage with his legs. Rookie Rasheen Ali also got some reps with Hill sidelined.
