Bengals safety Geno Stone reportedly agreed to a pay cut before his final contracted year with the team kicks off. Over The Cap's Jason Fitzgerald reported the safety took a salary reduction from $6.475 million to $4.9 million in 2025.

It helps solidify his case to make the 2025 Bengals' roster after a rough 2024 season. Last year was a far cry from his great 2023 run with Baltimore. Stone posted a 53.1 Pro Football Focus grade after back-to-back seasons above 72 overall. He ranked 59th out of 66 qualified safeties in PFF grade across the 2024 campaign.

He will be a free agent again next offseason.
