The Raiders already requested to interview Bengals senior personnel executive Trey Brown, but another AFC team could come calling in the near future.
The Patriots are expected to be interested in Brown according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
The 38-year-old joined the Bengals in 2021 as a scout. He was promoted to senior personnel executive the following year.
Brown worked for the Patriots as a scout from 2010-12. New England is hiring Jerod Mayo to be Bill Belichick's successor. They also plan on hiring a general manager in the near future.
FWIW, GM candidate Trey Brown has a relationship with Mayo and was a scouting assistant and area scout scout for the #Patriots from 2010-2012
