Report: Ronald Jones to have pin removed from pinky on Tuesday

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Ronald Jones fractured his pinky in December and had a pin inserted into it so that he'd be able to suit up for the team's postseason run.

He appeared in three of Tampa Bay's four postseason games, helping the Buccaneers win Super Bowl LV. According to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, Jones will have the pin removed from his pinky on Tuesday.

The 23-year-old ran for 139 yards and no touchdowns during the playoffs. Leonard Fournette took over in the postseason, running for 300 yards and three touchdowns with 18 catches for 148 yards and a score.

In 14 regular-season games, Jones ran for 978 yards and seven touchdowns. He also had 28 catches for 165 yards and a touchdown.
