Rumors swirling that Zac Taylor might not return to Bengals next season

In his second season as head coach of the Cincinnati Bengals, Zac Taylor's team went 4-11-1. A number of NFL teams have already fired their head coaches, and it appears the Bengals could be next.

According to Mike Florio of Pro Football Talk, there are rumors that the Bengals might not bring Taylor back next season. The Baltimore Ravens' 38-3 blowout win over Cincinnati on Sunday didn't help Taylor's case.

If this is the end of Taylor in Cincinnati, the 37-year-old finishes with a 6-25-1 record.

A number of talented coaches will be available for hire this offseason, including Eric Bieniemy, Brian Daboll, Josh McDaniels and Mike Kafka, among many others. It will be imperative for Cincinnati to make the right decision so Joe Burrow can flourish and help the franchise succeed.

The Atlanta Falcons, Detroit Lions and Houston Texans have openings for a head coach. The New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars could also be joining them.
