The former NFL quarterback Russell Wilson has been busy since announcing his retirement from the NFL this past summer.

Wilson and his wife, Ciara, announced on Tuesday that they are co-owners of QALO, a health-tracking wearables company. Ciara shared the news in an Instagram post, writing that “We are grateful to be Co-Owners of QALO where subscription-free tracking on heart health, sleep, stress and performance are our priority.”

The company’s QALO Band and QALO Ring track heart rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, blood oxygen, stress and women’s health.

The venture adds to a growing list of business interests for the couple.

They co-founded the apparel company 3BRAND , which has found success in the sports apparel market. In August, Club Reign, a horse they co-own, won its debut at the Saratoga Race Course. They also joined the Seattle Sounders ownership group in 2019.

Wilson, 37, confirmed his NFL retirement in June in an Instagram video titled “Thank You, Football.” In the video, he thanked his family, teammates and coaches for their support over the years.

Wilson played 14 seasons in the NFL: 10 with the Seattle Seahawks, two with the Denver Broncos and one each with the Pittsburgh Steelers and New York Giants. He finished his career with 46,966 passing yards, 353 touchdown passes and 114 interceptions. The 10-time Pro Bowler won Super Bowl XLVIII with Seattle and was a Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year winner in 2020.

Wilson now remains around football as an analyst for CBS’ “The NFL Today.”
