Russell Wilson always says he dedicates himself to the "craft." This includes doing high knees on an eight-hour flight to London.
According to DNVR's Zac Stevens, Wilson said, "I was doing high knees in the aisle when the rest of the guys were asleep." He also stretched for four hours.

Some aren't impressed with Wilson's dedication, including ESPN's Brooke Pryor and Denver Post sports reporter Parker Gabriel.
russ, with all due respect, do less. do far, far less. https://t.co/Q8B0ddWwjd

"Really? Exercising on a plane?," Gabriel writes.
Denver Post columnist Mark Kiszla mocked Wilson. He attempted burpees on a bus ride in London.
You heard of snakes on a plane? This is more frightened. Old dude does burpees (badly) on bus rolling thru streets of London. Do not try this on the school bus, kids. pic.twitter.com/c316UHRj8s

Perhaps he's trying to prove he's ready to play. Wilson sat out Sunday against the Jets due to an injured hamstring.
The Broncos listed Wilson as questionable for Sunday's game, yet Denver's quarterback indicated he's ready to start against the Jaguars on Sunday. "I'm ready to rock," he said via Gabriel.
Wilson needs to rock and roll, so the 2-5 Broncos can avoid another embarrassment. If Wilson falls against the Jaguars, the Broncos could face an overhaul.
According to ESPN's Dan Graziano and Jeremy Fowler, Denver will trade multiple starters. Also, rookie head coach Nathaniel Hackett might be on the hot seat, per NBC Sports' Mike Florio.
The organization hopes these exercises will give Wilson the magic he needs to salvage the season.
