The 2024 NFL season is officially over.
The Philadelphia Eagles showed a dominant display over the Kansas City Chiefs, negating a three-peat for Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid and company.
While the Eagles will deservedly bask in the glory of being on top, the reality is everything is reset across the league and the focus and attention goes to the new league year.
With that said, the new betting odds are out for each team and their quest for a Super Bowl in the new season. Unfortunately, the New Orleans Saints find themselves at the bottom of the league and are actually last in the NFC South right now.
Here's how BetMGM assessed the division.
I don't believe many will be shocked to see the Saints so low. They don't have a head coach in place, need a new coaching staff and have to deal with their salary cap situation and make big decisions on players to name a few items that are pressing.
Even if Kellen Moore does end up becoming their new guy, the Saints have a lot of work to do on their roster and should not be expected to make a drastic turnaround in 2025. Stranger things have happened across the league, but right now a low opinion from Vegas for the team's outlook is the right call.
