New Orleans Saints star running back Alvin Kamara was spotted participating in practice on Wednesday, raising hopes that he can play in Week 11 against the host Philadelphia Eagles.
Saints RB Alvin Kamara was back participating in the early portion of practice open to media Wednesday. Didn’t see LT Terron Armstead or RT Ryan Ramczyk, but both have played after resting early in the week before — so stay tuned.

Kamara didn't practice at all last week and was ruled out of New Orleans' Week 10 matchup against the Tennessee Titans due to knee soreness. Getting him back against Philadelphia would be a huge boost for the injury-riddled Saints, which have dropped back-to-back heart-breakers to the Falcons and Titans, respectively.
New Orleans also had running back Tony Jones Jr. back at practice on Wednesday after spending a stint on the injured list with an ankle issue. Having both players back could be beneficial against Philadelphia's defense.
The Saints don't want to rush Kamara or Jones back too quickly, of course, especially with a grueling chunk of the schedule coming up against the Eagles, Bills and Cowboys.
Starting this Sunday the Saints will have to play 3 games in an 11-day stretch. That's brutal.

Might be worth implementing some type of rotation with Alvin Kamara, Mark Ingram and Tony Jones Jr. to keep that ground game fresh.
