Saints RB Alvin Kamara not a fan of NFL's reported 17-game schedule

Alvin Kamara definitely isn't a fan of the NFL's reported 17-game schedule.

The New Orleans Saints running back shared his feelings about the schedule change shortly after ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the NFL was expected to finalize the new schedule this week. Kamara wrote on Twitter, "Sh-t dumb as hell."

The NFL and NFLPA agreed on a new collective bargaining agreement last year, which gave the league the option to expand the regular season by one game. It was a hotly contested topic among players, with 1,019 players voting in favor of the new CBA while 959 voted against it.

Some players probably feel the same way Kamara does. The new schedule calls for 17 games in 18 weeks, meaning just one bye week, even with an extra game on tap.
