Saquon Barkley's Pregame Handshake Is So Wholesome

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley shared a rather adorable moment with his family before their Wild Card clash with the Green Bay Packers on Sunday.

Ahead of the game, Barkley met with his girlfriend, Anna Congdon, and their two kids, daughter Jada and son Saquon Jr. What stood out from their pregame interaction, however, was the secret handshake that Barkley performed with his daughter.

The NFL shared a video of the moment online, writing in the caption, "His handshake with his daughter is too cute."

In the clip, the Eagles star was seen doing the handshake, which ended with a kiss on the cheek and a peace sign.

Of course, fans absolutely loved the moment, taking it to the comment section to share their reactions to the sweet father-and-daughter exchange.

"Football is family," a fan wrote. Another one shared, "I loved when his daughter made him the 'Go Daddy!' sign."

A follower also heaped praise on Barkley, saying, "Saquon is such a family guy. I think he has been with Anna since college - so sweet."

"Beautiful family!!! Keep on shining," a social media user shared.

"This is just wholesome, wishing the best for Saquon," a fifth supporter noted.

"Cutest family in the NFL," a poster further stated.

Sure enough, Saquon Barkley played with plenty of motivation on Sunday. He was sensational once again, rushing 25 times for 119 yards to help the Eagles beat the Packers, 22-10.
